"Red Square"

The Old Believers, who moved to Vetkovshchina from the lands that were part of the Muscovite state, tried to create a copy of the homeland that they had to leave in a new place. That is why the central square of the district center is called Red.

It is clear that it is difficult for her to compete with her "big sister", which is located in Moscow. You will not find the Kremlin, or St. Basil's Cathedral, or the Mausoleum here. Yet, you see, there is a certain charm in visiting the “alternative” Red Square and taking a photo there.
